Mr. Ayodeji Akinmade (Chairman)
He is the Executive Chairman, Workplace Plus Limited (WPL), franchise operators of the international virtual offices group, REGUS, in West Africa. He has been Chairman of WPL for over 6 years, rapidly expanding the business across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Accra. Mr. Akinmade is also Managing Director, Prudential Investments Limited, a company incorporated to provide support services to Oil & Gas companies operating in Nigeria.
With over 15 years investment experience in West African markets, he manages business interests across Oil & Gas, IT and Financial Advisory services; serving on the boards of several other businesses including Frontier Capital, Prime Interface (UK) Limited, Doheney Services Limited and a host of others.
Mr. Ayodeji Akinmade trained with Price Waterhouse, worked in banking and for a decade, worked in the United Kingdom in Value Management & Audit roles.
He was also a Change Management Consultant from 1996 – 2000 and worked with companies such as British Airways, Milk Marque, Ryder Inc.
He holds a first degree in Economics from the University of Ife, now (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife and he completed his MBA program at the Kingston University, London in 1993. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).
Mr. Akintola Ajayi (MD/CEO)
He is a graduate of Economics from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University).
He started his working career at the Audit firm of Price Waterhouse (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) in 1985. His banking career commenced at First City Merchant Bank (now First City Monument Bank) in 1988. In 1990, Mr Akin Ajayi moved to Nigerian Intercontinental Bank Limited (later named Intercontinental Bank Plc.) where he acquired 18 years of experience spanning all key areas of Banking, and covering all the three major regions of Nigeria.
Mr. Akin Ajayi is an alumnus of a number of business schools, notable among which are the International Management Development Institute (IMD) Switzerland, and Columbia University (USA)
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD).
